The process

I am often asked, “What does a Mental Game Athlete program look like?” First, I help my students harness their passion into a way of life grounded in:

  • train hard and smart
  • live and train with love and purpose
  • compete on game day with fun, flow, focus, and fight

The second and longer answer to the question is I share my knowledge and experiences with my students and families. There is no generic template to the inner game. No one size fits all. No tricks. No microwave results. The answers are not found in me, by me, or from a book or a degree. To make the invisible, visible takes intentional effort and time.

I trust my students to share their experiences. I encourage and challenge them to be open, curious, and willing to improve from the inside out. I listen–intently. Then each week we create a living, breathing program–a way of life– that starts from their needs, dreams, goals, challenges, setbacks, families, and me. The answers come from within each student.

Life is messy. Achieving success in life and sports is uncomfortable and hard. I am here to help you find your way through it, around it, under it, over it, anyway we can. You are not alone. You will do the work on your own. But you are never alone with Mental Game Athlete.
