It is about being the best we can be. It’s about maximizing a competitive advantage not in selfish pursuit but, with an awareness to help those around us.
A focused mind is unstoppable. Of course, the path is difficult and narrow to reach our individual and team goals. A prerequisite to perseverance is a clear, calm mind.
Improve body awareness. During the game we do not think—we react—we flow—we groove. Each of us has a natural rhythm to performing under pressure. Unlock yours.
Crystallize your Why and identify your Who to accomplish what you want.
Create your own process. We put structure to what is most important to us in our lives. The best way to adapt to a hyper-changing world is to have our own structure that comes from within us and allows us to withstand anything outside of us.
Connect with a coach and others who live this holistic, athletic way of life. We are social beings at our core and committing to this process means connecting with others who have your back. We are not alone.
Nurture stable and proactive confidence. Confidence comes from within—you prepare it daily. Then on game day the trust necessary to be at our best when the best is required can flow and groove. Our rhythm manifests.
Attitude is essential to a meaningful life. Life is difficult but our response to it is under our control. Before we tap—swipe—reply, or jump on zoom, or leave the house, in other words before we choose to interact with the external world; we intentionally cultivate an attitude rooted in love, compassion, resilience, and hope. We have the endurance to balance the macro challenges with our individual choices and circumstances.
Believe. Endure. Grind.
In Solidarity,
Brandon
